SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and accessories, each piece is crafted with care just for you. Orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 working business days after we receive your order. We ship orders every Thursday.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer three shipping options within the US:
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 (5-7 business days after shipping)
- Priority Mail: $14.95 (2-3 business days after shipping)
- Express Shipping: $33.00 (1-2 business days after shipping)
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and throughout Europe and Asia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier (USPS or DHL Express).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or if tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
